I offer a range of focused therapy services for people living in Kentucky. If you don’t see what you need listed here, reach out and we’ll discuss options.
Individual Therapy
- Individual therapy is an open space for exploration. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, OCD, PTSD, identity questions, or simply feeling stuck and unsure where to turn next. Sessions focus on awareness and genuine change rather than quick fixes.
- I integrate relational, experiential, and depth-oriented approaches, meeting you where you are and helping you understand what’s underneath the surface of your challenges.
Couples Counseling
- Every relationship has seasons—moments of connection and moments of distance. Couples counseling is a place to slow down and understand what’s really happening between you and your partner.
- Whether you’re facing communication breakdowns, recurring conflicts, loss of intimacy, or a sense of growing apart, therapy can help you uncover the patterns keeping you stuck and begin to rebuild trust and closeness.
- My work with couples focuses on helping you both feel heard and understood while addressing the deeper emotions and unmet needs beneath the surface. Together, we explore new ways of relating that foster honesty, care, and connection.
Family Counseling
- Family counseling offers space to untangle the dynamics that keep family members disconnected or in conflict. Every family operates within patterns—sometimes those patterns bring safety and connection, and other times they create distance or misunderstanding.
- In our work together, we’ll identify how communication styles, boundaries, and generational roles interact within your family system. Sessions focus on increasing understanding, rebuilding connection, and strengthening the family’s ability to support one another.
- Family therapy can be helpful for navigating life transitions, behavioral or emotional challenges, parenting conflicts, or strained relationships between parents and children.
Hypnosis
- Hypnotherapy is a focused therapeutic approach that can help with an array of problems: performance enhancement, habit control, pain management, sleep problems, stress reduction, confidence, depression, anxiety, trauma, and more.
- There are a lot of myths associated with hypnosis and hypnotherapy, please feel free to reach out with any questions and I would be more than happy to provide any clarification.
- Special note: if you are wanting to use hypnosis in conjunction with mental health treatment, insurance will cover the service. However, if you want hypnosis as a standalone treatment, not tied to mental health service, then insurance does not cover the service and it will need to be private pay.
Billing
I am an in-network provider with several commercial insurance plans. I currently accept the following insurance plans:
- Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Aetna
- Cigna
- Carelon Behavioral Health
I do not currently accept any Medicare or Medicaid clients.
I also offer a sliding fee scale for clients who want to use the private pay option.
Sliding Fee Scale
I offer a sliding scale between $75–$160 for individual therapy and $100–$200 for couples/family sessions, based on your annual income and personal circumstances.
30-minute sessions are billed at half the selected rate. Please note that this does not apply to couples/family sessions as these sessions are a minimum of 53-minutes.
